Top secret high powered executive chef and his team serve up predominantly Japanese fare but also explore flavours from China, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam. The 4-star dining experience has two services, one at 7pm and a second at 9:30pm. At 11pm, there is a metamorphosis of sound, lighting, service and music that redefine Flyjin as a bar for a sophisticated clientele with a desire for the unusual. Acclaimed mixologist and his team supply the evening with Asian-fusion cocktails as well as a wide variety of Japanese whiskeys, sakes, wines and the exclusive home-brand Japanese beer, Sakura.
Currently open from Wednesday to Saturday, Flyjin has something to offer foodies, and bar seekers alike.
